Develop and nurture enduring partnerships with corporate clients, business travel collaborators, government entities, non-governmental organizations, and multinational corporations.
Diligently oversee the timely renewal of contracts, engage in strategic negotiations, and accurately load rates, prioritizing yield management and profitability.
Proactively pursue and establish new corporate partnerships within designated industries and market segments.
Craft customized proposals and presentations that precisely reflect client requirements while ensuring alignment with the hotel’s available services and standards.
Craft and implement strategic sales initiatives specifically designed to enhance performance within the corporate travel sector.
Strategically synchronize sales initiatives with seasonal fluctuations, the rise of MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) business prospects, and evolving market demand cycles to maximize revenue opportunities.
Generate new business from corporate clients to increase room nights, Food & Beverage, and meeting/conference revenue.
Conduct ongoing evaluations of market trends, competitive movements, and client insights to guide strategic decision-making and tactical adjustments.
Develop and deliver precise sales projections alongside strategic marketing analyses to inform decision-making processes.
Weekly and monthly sales performance reports, along with activity summaries, must be prepared and submitted to the Hotel Manager.
Engage in sales outreach, attend trade shows, participate in industry exhibitions, and host client entertainment events on behalf of the Hotel.
Facilitate and conduct familiarization trips (Fans) tailored for key corporate clients to enhance their understanding of destination offerings.
Responsible for ensuring the CRM system contains current and accurate client information as well as detailed activity logs.
Monitor contracts to evaluate performance metrics, analyze booking trends, and gather client feedback to foster and sustain long-term relationships.
Execute additional responsibilities as directed by management to fulfill strategic business goals.
