Essential
A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a closely related discipline is required for this position.
Seeking candidates with a robust finance background, including five to seven years of hands-on experience in finance, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), or finance business partnering roles, preferably within fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or comparable dynamic industries.
Demonstrates strong technical finance expertise, encompassing accounting standards, performance management, forecasting, ROI assessment, and strategic analysis.
Strategic and analytical problem-solver adept at providing constructive challenges, breaking down complex issues, and engaging senior stakeholders with clear, impactful communication.
