A highly skilled Data Centre Technician is required in Nairobi, Kenya, to perform essential rack and stack duties, troubleshoot hardware issues, manage cabling and installations, and resolve incidents to ensure uninterrupted operation of Oracle Cloud infrastructure around the clock.

As an Oracle Data Center Technician in Nairobi, you will play a pivotal role within the onsite team, contributing to the seamless functioning of production data center operations. Your responsibilities will involve direct engagement with infrastructure and hardware components, ensuring the reliability of services while supporting essential build and delivery objectives. Collaboration with engineers and senior technicians will be central to your role, as you work together to diagnose issues, perform installations, and uphold stringent standards for operational excellence, safety protocols, and meticulous documentation.

Seeking a candidate with at least three years of experience in a similar role, along with proficiency in project management software and strong organizational skills.
