JOB PURPOSE
This role involves supporting the strategic planning and daily operations to ensure the Business Development Function (General Business and Medical) operates effectively and efficiently for broker and tender business. Additionally, the position is tasked with expanding assigned existing broker accounts and maintaining high standards in the preparation and management of tender documentation.
Minimum qualifications include a combination of education, specialized knowledge, and relevant professional experience. Applicants must demonstrate expertise in specific technical, operational, or industry-related areas essential to the role. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in executing tasks aligned with the position’s core responsibilities. Seeking a candidate with a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience and a degree in a related field, preferably from an accredited institution. Proficiency in key industry software and tools is essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. A proven track record of delivering high-quality results within deadlines is expected, along with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
A bachelor’s degree in commerce, public relations, or a related field within the social sciences is required.
A recognized Fellow or Associate of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (ACID/AII) qualification, or alternatively, Chartered Marketer status, is required.
With a minimum of four years of managerial experience under your belt, you have honed the skills necessary to lead teams effectively and drive organizational success.
