Job Summary
KEDAH Ceramics is in search of a meticulous Warehouse (WH&L) Documentation Specialist responsible for overseeing and preserving precise warehouse documentation, including stock movement records and inventory data within the carton warehouse. This position involves ensuring immediate updates for inbound and outbound materials, facilitating inventory reconciliation processes, and upholding rigorous documentation standards in a dynamic warehouse setting.

Guarantee that all incoming and outgoing warehouse materials are recorded in the system promptly and with precision.
Responsible for accurately documenting and updating tracking records for belts, pallets, hardware, timbers, and other essential warehouse assets to ensure comprehensive inventory management.
Prepare daily stock reports for all warehouses, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, while detecting any variances. Investigate the underlying causes of discrepancies and promptly report concerns to the Warehouse Manager or Head of Department for resolution.
Collaborate with the issuing team to manage waybills and delivery notes, and coordinate with the receiving team to process Finished Goods Receipt Notes (FGRN).
Ensure the precision of warehouse inventory movement documents by printing, verifying, and reviewing them meticulously to confirm alignment between system records and physical stock.
Identify discrepancies between physical inventory counts and system records, documenting and escalating any variances to facilitate corrective measures.
Ensure meticulous organization and management of all documentation pertaining to stock movements within the warehouse.
Maintain impeccable storage conditions and consistently apply 5S principles throughout the designated warehouse space.
Conduct stock audits and inventory verification activities as needed to ensure accuracy and compliance with established standards.
