JOB PURPOSE
This role involves supporting the strategic planning and daily operations to ensure the Business Development Function (General Business and Medical) operates effectively for both Broker and Tender Business. Additionally, the position is tasked with expanding existing broker accounts and maintaining high standards in the preparation and management of tender documentation.
Minimum qualifications require a combination of relevant knowledge and practical experience in the specified field. Candidates must demonstrate a solid understanding of key concepts and possess hands-on expertise acquired through prior professional engagement. The ideal applicant will have completed sufficient training or coursework and accumulated a minimum number of years in a related role to ensure competence in executing essential duties.
Seeking a candidate with a minimum of five years of relevant experience in the field, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related discipline. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, along with excellent communication and organizational skills. The ideal applicant should demonstrate a strong ability to work independently and collaboratively, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines. Responsibilities include project management, stakeholder engagement, and delivering high-quality outcomes within specified timelines. Prior experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
A bachelor’s degree in commerce, public relations, or another relevant social science discipline is required for this position.
Qualified individuals holding a Fellowship or ACID/AII designation, or those recognized as Chartered Marketers, are encouraged to apply.
A minimum of four years of managerial experience is required for this role.
