We are searching for a meticulous SAP Procurement Specialist to assist global users of SAP S/4HANA (MM). In this critical position, you will ensure the seamless operation of procurement processes by addressing inquiries, upholding data integrity, and facilitating system workflows, user access, and vendor administration.

Oversee a comprehensive range of critical duties, including the strategic planning and execution of core initiatives to drive organizational growth. Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability to achieve key performance metrics. Monitor progress through detailed reporting and data analysis, identifying trends and opportunities for continuous improvement. Offer first-line assistance for inquiries and operational challenges related to SAP procurement processes, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, material receipts, and goods receipt/invoice receipt reconciliation.
Maintain the integrity of approval workflows, hierarchies, and procurement data.
Oversee SAP user access, role assignments, and adherence to security compliance protocols to ensure system integrity and regulatory alignment.
Administering vendor master data entails maintaining precise records and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards to uphold data integrity and organizational compliance.
Provide assistance with reporting duties, perform comprehensive data analysis, and drive ongoing improvement projects to enhance organizational performance.
Provide user training sessions and partner with international stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective knowledge transfer.

Demonstrates extensive practical expertise in providing operational and system support within the SAP environment.
Proficiency in workflows, master data management, and access control mechanisms is required.
Proven capability to handle extensive inquiry volumes and resolve technical challenges efficiently.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with a strong command of data tracking, reporting, and analysis tools and functions.

Desirable
