The position is tasked with spearheading the growth, profitability, and market expansion of the retail enterprise. It involves overseeing the design and implementation of commercial strategies across branch networks, agency channels, alternative channels, partnerships, and digital platforms to drive sustainable revenue growth and elevate customer satisfaction. Additionally, this role is instrumental in strengthening distribution capabilities, upgrading sales and training frameworks, and cultivating strategic alliances to reinforce market positioning.

Candidates must possess a strong academic foundation and pertinent qualifications relevant to the role, including a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited institution. Advanced degrees or specialized certifications may be advantageous, depending on the position’s requirements. Prior professional experience in the industry or a closely aligned sector is also essential to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the role’s demands and responsibilities.

A master’s degree in finance, Business Administration, strategy, or a closely related discipline is required.

A bachelor’s degree in finance or a related business field is required.

Qualified candidates must possess either a CPA-K or ARCA designation or hold an equivalent credential.

Hold an Insurance Diploma, along with LOMA or CII certification, and possess the TDPK qualification.

With a minimum of ten years of demonstrated leadership in Life Insurance Sales, you will bring a wealth of experience to this role.

Have expertise in navigating multifaceted business landscapes and/or highly regulated industries while demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.

To cultivate and sustain robust connections with stakeholders, professionals should focus on developing essential interpersonal skills and fostering trust through consistent communication, demonstrating reliability, and aligning interests with organizational objectives.
