.Responsibilities
Ensure adherence to customer acquisition and onboarding protocols, including Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures and client education on top-up transactions.
Partners with the Line Manager to design, implement, and track sales initiatives within the designated territory.
Monitor and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) throughout the acquisition and onboarding processes.
The retrieval of equipment from customers who have failed to adhere to contractual obligations is a key responsibility.
Deliver initial-level assistance through on-site diagnosis and resolution of customer-facing technical issues.
Handles escalation of customer issues that remain unresolved at the initial support tier, ensuring timely and effective resolution through advanced troubleshooting and expert analysis.
Investigates and resolves escalated network issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations by identifying root causes and implementing corrective measures. Analyzes complex network problems, including hardware failures, configuration errors, and performance bottlenecks, to restore optimal functionality. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to diagnose and mitigate issues that exceed standard support capabilities. Maintains detailed documentation of incidents, actions taken, and resolutions for future reference and trend analysis.
We compile and analyze daily performance metrics to assess goal attainment consistently.
We monitor and analyze monthly trends across designated markets to identify key patterns and opportunities.
Compile weekly review dashboards to facilitate data-driven decision-making processes.
As needed, the incumbent will develop ad-hoc reports to support decision-making processes and address specific business inquiries promptly and accurately.
Track and document competitor actions, providing detailed analyses of their strategies, market movements, and product developments to key stakeholders in a timely manner.
Deliver valuable customer insights and recommend tailored products or services that align with their specific requirements.
Develop and implement innovative on-ground marketing strategies, including roadshows, estate storms, and mall activations, to drive engagement and promote brand visibility.
We are seeking a highly motivated professional with a strong background in project management and a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes. Applicants must possess at least five years of experience in a relevant field, along with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. A bachelor’s degree in a related discipline is required, and advanced certifications or specialized training are highly desirable. Proficiency in telecom and fixed wireless trends would be considered an asset.
With a minimum of one year of experience in outside sales roles, ideally within the telecommunications sector, though this is not a strict requirement.
Demonstrates strong commercial awareness by analyzing the competitive environment, evaluating available devices, assessing service packages, and comprehending commission structures.
