Responsible for overseeing the credit granting process, this role ensures timely collections while maintaining positive customer relationships. Duties include evaluating creditworthiness, setting credit limits, and monitoring accounts receivable to minimize risk. Strong analytical skills are essential for assessing financial data and making informed decisions. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in credit management or a related field, along with proficiency in financial software and excellent communication abilities. Additionally, the position requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to enforce credit policies effectively.
Conduct thorough evaluations of loan applications by analyzing customer requirements, performing financial assessments, and executing necessary due diligence—such as site visits and reference verifications—to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.

Ensure complete adherence to all regulatory mandates, internal bank policies, established risk frameworks, and operational procedures, with particular emphasis on Know Your Customer (KYC) and anti-money laundering (AML) standards.
Oversee risk management processes while verifying the thoroughness and correctness of customer documentation and facilitating daily branch operations.
Assist Branch Management in executing daily branch operations in strict adherence to established Bank Policies and Procedures.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Required: Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, engineering, or information technology, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience. Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or C++ is essential, along with experience in software development, system administration, or related technical roles. Familiarity with cloud platforms, such as AWS or Azure, and DevOps practices is highly desirable. Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to work collaboratively in a team environment are indispensable. Prior experience in a similar position within the technology sector is preferred, though exceptional candidates with transferable skills will also be considered.
A recognized institution must award a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a closely related discipline.
With a minimum of two years of hands-on sales experience within a financial services organization, you bring a proven track record of success in a client-facing capacity.
Individuals must possess a solid understanding of banking laws and regulations, as well as banking operations, to ensure compliance and efficient functionality within the role.
