JOB SUMMARY
The BDE – Recruitment & Placement Services will function as a strategic designer of organizational expansion, responsible for discovering fresh recruitment and placement service opportunities, fostering enduring client partnerships, and harmonizing commercial initiatives with the company’s overarching goals.
The individual will concentrate on driving revenue growth and cultivating long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.
The role involves developing innovative value propositions designed to secure sustained competitive advantage.
The ideal candidate for this position demonstrates independence, initiative, and exceptional communication abilities. Previous experience in a comparable role, along with practical familiarity in facilitating the onboarding process for both local and international clients—particularly in recruitment and placement services—will be highly beneficial.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and develop new business opportunities by conducting thorough research and analysis of market trends, competitor actions, and client requirements.
We are seeking to design and implement robust business development initiatives aimed at fostering sustainable growth and enhancing profitability.
Foster and sustain meaningful connections with essential stakeholders, prospective clients, and collaborators within the industry.
Drive the entire sales lifecycle from initial prospect identification and outreach through compelling value proposition delivery, strategic negotiation, and successful deal finalization.
Teamed with internal stakeholders, including marketing and operations, to develop customized solutions that meet prospective clients’ needs.
Develop and deliver comprehensive business proposals, requests for proposals (RFPs), and strategic presentations tailored for senior leadership and key client decision-makers.
Stay abreast of industry developments and emerging trends to uncover opportunities for growth and innovation.
Build and sustain a strong sales pipeline to monitor progress and evaluate performance metrics.
Represent the organization at industry-related events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and cultivate meaningful professional relationships.
We seek candidates who possess a strong academic background, relevant professional experience, and specialized expertise in their field. Applicants must meet the educational prerequisites, including possession of an advanced degree or equivalent certification in a related discipline.
