Position Summary
PA SGR is in search of a Senior Communications Officer to spearhead corporate communications, public relations, digital engagement, and the visibility of the organization’s initiatives. Under the direction of the Executive Director, this position will facilitate program implementation, knowledge management, and resource mobilization through strategic communication efforts.
Oversee and execute a range of critical duties encompassing operational management, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration to drive organizational success. Implement and monitor policies, procedures, and performance metrics to ensure alignment with business objectives and compliance standards. Lead teams through effective delegation, mentorship, and performance evaluations to foster professional growth and productivity. Analyze market trends, financial data, and industry insights to inform decision-making and capitalize on growth opportunities. Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to enhance communication, trust, and partnership across departments and external partners.
Lead the conception, planning, and execution of PA SGR’s Communications Strategy to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and enhance stakeholder engagement. Oversee the development and rollout of comprehensive communication plans, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding across all platforms. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to integrate strategic initiatives, monitor progress, and optimize outreach efforts for maximum impact.
Oversee the development and implementation of corporate communications strategies, ensuring alignment with branding initiatives and public relations objectives.
Responsible for managing the website, digital platforms, and social media channels, ensuring consistent branding, engagement, and functionality across all digital touchpoints.
Oversee the development and production of publications, multimedia content, and documentation.
Enhance media relations while fostering meaningful engagement with key stakeholders to amplify organizational visibility and strategic partnerships.
Assist with fundraising initiatives and programmed-related communication requirements.
