This position entails providing technical expertise for the analysis, design, development, and management of NCAA Digital Business Middleware platforms, ensuring seamless integration with the Core Banking System, Bank Channels, Partners, and other third-party systems.
This position drives the execution of business strategy by facilitating seamless information flow across multiple Bank Systems through the RITA framework. Candidates must demonstrate strong prototyping capabilities, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the capacity to thrive within an agile team environment while balancing competing priorities. Additionally, the role involves designing solutions aligned with a broader roadmap and actively supporting implemented technologies in a hands-on capacity.
Oversee and manage key strategic accounts, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and client expectations. Develop and execute account plans to drive growth, retention, and profitability while fostering long-term partnerships. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that exceed client requirements and enhance satisfaction. Monitor account performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and proactively address challenges. Deliver second-level support for escalated issues originating from both the IT Operations and IT Applications teams, comprising approximately 20% of the role’s responsibilities.
To ensure compliance with established internal policies and procedures, the role requires diligent oversight of NCAA Integration Platforms and Middleware repositories, aligning all activities with ITIL and other industry best practices (10%).
Support and maintain existing service lifecycle artifacts in accordance with agreed-upon Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Additionally, conduct thorough audits to ensure compliance and accuracy. Collaborate effectively with other technical platform owners and internal business stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and adhering to established protocols, which accounts for approximately 10% of responsibilities.

Job Specifications
Design, develop, and continuously enhance the bank’s Integration Platforms, including Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) solutions.
Enforce internal policies and procedures governing the management of Software Applications in alignment with ITIL and other industry best practices.
Offer specialized guidance for handling second-level escalations within the bank’s Integration Platforms, supporting the teams responsible for day-to-day IT operations.
