Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:

A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required, along with a minimum of three years of professional experience in a comparable role. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, as is strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are necessary to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with project management methodologies and adherence to deadlines are also required. Additionally, a proven track record of delivering high-quality results and continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends are expected.

A Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical or Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or a closely related discipline is required.

With a minimum of ten years of experience in the paint manufacturing or coatings industry, candidates should have a comprehensive understanding of production processes, quality control, and industry regulations. This role demands extensive knowledge of formulation development, application techniques, and adherence to safety standards. Additionally, familiarity with emerging technologies and trends in sustainable coatings will be advantageous.

Possesses comprehensive expertise in paint formulations and manufacturing methodologies, encompassing a deep understanding of chemical compositions, application techniques, and production workflows. Demonstrates proficiency in optimizing formulas for performance, durability, and regulatory compliance while ensuring efficient, scalable manufacturing processes.

Production Operations & Planning: Responsible for the management of daily paint manufacturing processes, including production scheduling, resource allocation, batching, mixing, grinding, tinting, and packaging, while ensuring that production targets are met efficiently.

Quality, Safety & Process Improvement: Uphold adherence to stringent quality benchmarks, regulatory safety mandates, and precise manufacturing protocols while spearheading ongoing enhancements, waste minimization efforts, and operational productivity projects.

Lead, guide, and oversee production teams while fostering collaboration with procurement, maintenance, warehouse, quality assurance, and supply chain departments to uphold optimal equipment utilization and maintenance standards.

Oversee production metrics, downtime tracking, KPI evaluations, and overall operational efficiency, in addition to compiling comprehensive production and management reports.
