Delivering hands-on guidance and oversight to junior field engineers in their daily well site operations and tasks.
Offering expert guidance and support to external customers and third-party well site associates, as needed.

To thrive in this position, you must demonstrate proficiency in the following areas:
A Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, technological, engineering, or mathematical discipline is required.
Seeking candidates with a minimum of two years of hands-on experience in drilling operations, specifically in a directional drilling (DD) supervisory role.
Preferred experience with differential diagnosis (DDR) is advantageous.
Proficient in the execution and optimization of drilling operations and their practical applications is required.
Proficient in selecting the appropriate product and service solutions tailored to both straightforward and intricate applications.
Capable of operating effectively within a worldwide matrix organizational framework.
Demonstrates exceptional ability in both verbal and written communication, as well as delivering compelling presentations.
Demonstrate outstanding organizational abilities, strong analytical thinking, and effective problem-solving capabilities.
Capable of traveling as needed, which may include visits to rig sites, customer facilities, meetings, training sessions, and other related destinations.
