Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field required. Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience, with a strong focus on Python programming. Proficiency in web frameworks like Django or Flask is essential. Experience with SQL databases and RESTful API design is mandatory. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is preferred. Strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset are necessary. Excellent communication skills for interacting with cross-functional teams are expected.
A bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required for this position.
A professional certification such as a CPA, CIA, CISA, or an equivalent credential is highly advantageous.
A minimum of three to five years of professional experience in risk management, compliance, regulatory affairs, internal audit, internal controls, or another closely related governance function is required.
Preferred candidates will have a strong background in retail, hospitality, food and beverage, manufacturing, or multi-site operations.
A strong proficiency in risk assessment methodologies, compliance monitoring, control testing, and report writing is required, along with a solid understanding of anti-fraud regulations, data protection, labor law, health and safety protocols, and financial controls.
Tech Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Excel, spreadsheets, reporting tools, and foundational data analysis.
