Oversee and execute critical duties within the assigned role, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and operational standards. Lead key initiatives, manage projects from inception to completion, and maintain high performance standards across all responsibilities. Develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, mitigate risks, and foster continuous improvement in all operational areas.

Ensure precise payroll processing by verifying the accuracy of attendance records, overtime, leave data, and employee information.

Offer comprehensive, ongoing human resources assistance tailored to operational needs.

Ensure precise management of employee records, attendance logs, leave documentation, and all HR-related files.

Track employee attendance, absenteeism, overtime, and shift scheduling in collaboration with supervisors.

Support recruitment functions by managing job advertising initiatives, coordinating interview schedules, facilitating the onboarding process, and conducting induction sessions for new hires.

Provide support in managing employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution.

Oversee the distribution, monitoring, tracking, and replacement of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for employees, ensuring meticulous record-keeping throughout the process.

Collaborate effectively with operations and safety teams to guarantee adherence to PPE and workplace safety protocols among employees.

To uphold adherence to company policies, labor laws, safety regulations, and established workplace procedures.

Compile and deliver human resources reports, ensuring management receives current workforce data in a timely manner.

Facilitate employee communication channels and oversee initiatives aimed at enhancing staff well-being.

Contribute to performance management initiatives and foster employee engagement efforts.

Work in close collaboration with departmental supervisors to effectively manage and resolve manpower and workforce planning requirements.

Assist in executing HR initiatives and enhancing HR processes through ongoing improvements.

Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience, along with a minimum of three to five years of hands-on experience in a related role. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, is essential. Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders. The position may require occasional travel or flexible working hours to meet project demands. Additional requirements may include certifications or specialized training pertinent to the role.

A degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a comparable discipline is required.

Professional HR certification, including CHRP(K), HRM, or an equivalent credential, is considered a valuable asset.

A minimum of three years of HR experience is required, with a preference for candidates who have worked in manufacturing, industrial, or high-paced operational settings.

Proficient knowledge of Kenyan labor legislation and established HR best practices is required.

Proven ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently while maintaining meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.

Seasoned expertise in Microsoft Office applications—with a particular emphasis on MS Excel—as well as HR systems is required.
