Responsible for overseeing all human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, payroll processing, and compliance with labor laws. Develops and implements HR policies and procedures to foster a productive work environment and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Manages employee records, handles disciplinary actions, and coordinates training and development programs. Collaborates with department heads to address workforce needs and supports organizational change initiatives. Ensures adherence to federal, state, and local employment regulations while promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring seamless integration of new hires into the organization. This role involves developing and implementing effective hiring strategies, sourcing top talent, conducting interviews, and facilitating a smooth transition for new employees. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in talent acquisition, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include coordinating orientations, processing employment documentation, and collaborating with department heads to align hiring needs with organizational goals. Proficiency in recruitment software and HR systems is required, along with a deep understanding of employment laws and best practices.

Responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities such as publishing job postings, reviewing applicant profiles to identify suitable candidates, organizing interview schedules, and verifying professional references.

Draft employment agreements and orientation materials in compliance with relevant regulations.

Deliver comprehensive orientation and induction programs tailored to new hires, ensuring they integrate seamlessly into the organization.

Maintains accurate and confidential employee records while overseeing day-to-day human resources administrative tasks to support organizational operations efficiently.

Accurately maintain employee records and HR databases to ensure data integrity and compliance with organizational policies.

Maintain accurate and organized filing of personnel documents and statutory records as required by organizational and regulatory standards.

Compile HR reports that detail headcount metrics, leave statuses, absenteeism trends, and employee turnover data.

Oversee the accurate and timely processing of payroll while ensuring full adherence to statutory compliance regulations.

Compile and verify attendance, overtime, and leave records to assist in the accurate preparation of payroll.

Ensure adherence to all applicable Kenyan statutory regulations and legal obligations to maintain full compliance with national requirements.
