Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience, along with a minimum of three years of professional experience in a similar role. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is required, along with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Candidates must demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development to adapt to evolving industry standards and technologies.
A degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a comparable discipline is required.
Professional HR certification, including CHRP(K), HRM, or comparable credentials, is highly advantageous.
A minimum of three years of HR experience is required, ideally gained within manufacturing, industrial, or high-paced operational settings.
Possesses a strong grasp of Kenyan labor legislation and human resources best practices.
