Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, alongside a minimum of five years of relevant professional experience. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ is essential, along with hands-on experience in software development, system design, or data analysis. Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills are mandatory, complemented by effective communication and teamwork capabilities. Familiarity with agile methodologies, version control systems, and cloud platforms is preferred. Candidates must demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
A bachelor’s or diploma in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a closely related field is required.
Professional HR credentials like the CHRP(K), HRM, or their equivalents are considered beneficial.
Minimum of three (3) years’ HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing, industrial, or fast-paced operational environment.
Demonstrates a solid grasp of Kenyan labor legislation and established HR protocols.
Exceptional administrative and organizational capabilities, coupled with meticulous attention to detail, are essential.
Skilled in utilizing Microsoft Office applications, with a strong focus on MS Excel, alongside experience with HR systems.
