The Human Resource department is tasked with overseeing a wide range of essential organizational functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws. Additionally, HR plays a critical role in developing and implementing policies that foster a positive workplace culture, ensuring employee engagement, and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. The team is also responsible for managing payroll processing, handling employee grievances, conducting training programs, and maintaining accurate personnel records to support strategic decision-making. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills are required to effectively execute these responsibilities while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards.

Responsible for maintaining comprehensive employee records and handling various HR administrative tasks, this role involves ensuring accurate documentation, managing personnel files, and overseeing compliance with company policies and regulations. Duties include processing employee data updates, coordinating benefits enrollment, and assisting with onboarding and offboarding procedures. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in HR software are essential, along with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Effective communication and collaboration with HR teams and employees are also required to support smooth departmental operations.
