Human Resource Oversight & People Management involves strategically overseeing workforce dynamics, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and fostering a productive, engaged organizational culture. This role is responsible for recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent while implementing policies that align with business objectives and employee well-being. Key responsibilities include managing performance evaluations, addressing employee relations, and overseeing compensation and benefits programs to enhance job satisfaction and retention.
