Series Luxury Suites presents a structured Apprenticeship opportunity within our Security Department, specifically centered on CCTV Operations. Tailored for candidates with less than two years of experience in security monitoring or comparable roles, this introductory program aims to cultivate expertise in advanced surveillance techniques and hospitality security best practices.
Oversee the core duties assigned to this role, which include leading and managing a team of professionals to ensure operational excellence and adherence to organizational standards. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and overall performance within the department. Collaborate closely with senior leadership to align team objectives with broader company goals and drive sustainable growth. Monitor progress through regular assessments, provide constructive feedback, and address any performance gaps to maintain high standards of accountability. Additionally, foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying training opportunities and optimizing workflows to maximize team potential.
Operate and oversee CCTV systems to maintain the safety and security of the premises, ensuring constant vigilance and monitoring. Record any incidents in detail and promptly report them, adhering to established protocols to facilitate swift response and resolution.
Provide assistance to the Security team by actively participating in their daily tasks and ensuring adherence to compliance protocols, while safeguarding sensitive information and upholding established company standards with the utmost integrity.
Requirements
Requires up to two years of hands-on experience in CCTV operations or security monitoring. Applicants must possess a Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in a field related to Security.
Proficiency in managing surveillance systems and handling IT infrastructure is required.
A commitment to maintaining high standards, meticulous attention to detail, and strict adherence to established protocols are essential. Additionally, the ability to collaborate effectively within a team and communicate clearly and professionally is required.
