Ensure adherence to all applicable Kenyan labor laws, SARA regulations, internal HR policies, and fit-and-proper criteria.

This role involves overseeing HR policies, procedures, and compliance while driving strategic initiatives to enhance employee engagement, performance, and development. Key responsibilities include managing recruitment processes, handling employee relations, administering benefits and compensation, and implementing workforce planning strategies. Additionally, the position requires maintaining HR records, ensuring legal compliance, and collaborating with leadership to align HR goals with organizational objectives.

Responsible for managing the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, deployment, and exits, in strict alignment with the approved staff establishment and budgetary constraints.

Oversee the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the performance management framework, encompassing appraisal systems, key performance indicators (KPIs), and formal performance improvement plan (PIP) governance protocols.

Oversee the implementation, functionality, and continuous improvement of HR and Administration systems, including ERP platforms, staff portals, and leave management solutions, as well as associated automation initiatives.

Compile and submit HR and administrative reports on a regular basis to Management, various Committees, and the Board of Directors.

Responsible for managing the execution of both internal and external audit recommendations specifically pertaining to HR and administrative functions.

Handle administrative duties and oversee facility operations to ensure efficient and seamless functioning of the workplace environment. A Diploma in Human Resource Management at an advanced level is required for this role.

Must possess the Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) designation.
