We seek an intern to collaborate with the Global People Operations team from June through August 2026. In this role, you will partner closely with the Performance Development unit within Global People Operations to contribute to critical organizational objectives, including onboarding, performance management, employee experience, and cultural initiatives.

This internship offers practical, experiential learning for individuals eager to explore People Operations, organizational growth, and the frameworks that empower global teams to excel. You will support daily operational tasks alongside strategic initiatives, providing insight into how a multinational organization develops and implements scalable people processes.

This position demands full accountability and tangible outcomes, as you will oversee key workstreams independently. You are expected to maintain clear, proactive communication when encountering obstacles, while driving projects forward with meticulous organization, sound judgment, and disciplined follow-through from start to finish.

Responsibilities include managing daily operations to ensure efficiency, overseeing project timelines and deliverables, coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders. Facilitating a seamless integration and fostering an exceptional employee experience from the outset, this role encompasses comprehensive onboarding initiatives alongside continuous engagement strategies to ensure new hires feel valued and supported throughout their journey with the organization.

Support the seamless integration of new team members by coordinating onboarding activities and streamlining pre-onboarding procedures, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization for ID insight.

Maintain and enhance existing onboarding resources, presentations, learning materials, and internal systems to ensure they remain effective, up-to-date, and aligned with company standards.

Gather and analyze feedback from new hires to assess the onboarding experience and pinpoint areas for enhancement. Compile and present this data in structured reports to drive informed decision-making and foster ongoing improvements in the onboarding process.

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee performance and people processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will develop and implement strategies to enhance employee productivity, engagement, and development. This role requires expertise in performance management systems, talent development initiatives, and workforce planning. Contribute to the implementation of organization-wide growth cycle processes.

Seeking a highly organized candidate with a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or information technology, and at least three years of experience in project coordination or a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and strong communication skills are essential. The ideal applicant will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience with CRM software and data analysis is preferred.

Required

Currently pursuing or having recently earned a degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, International Development, Social Sciences, or an equivalent discipline.

Demonstrates exceptional organizational prowess and adept project coordination abilities, seamlessly balancing multiple priorities while consistently meeting deadlines.

Demonstrates exceptional proficiency in crafting clear, concise written correspondence and comfortably engages in professional communication across diverse teams and hierarchical levels within a global enterprise.

Proficient in utilizing spreadsheets, presentations, and collaborative platforms—particularly Google Workspace—as well as demonstrating adaptability to rapidly master new systems.

Demonstrated meticulousness in ensuring precision and adherence to established procedures, coupled with a proven capacity to oversee operational workflows with reliability and uniformity.
