Job Summary:
This role is responsible for the strategic planning and implementation of comprehensive audit initiatives.
Oversee and execute a full range of duties encompassing strategic planning, operational oversight, and team leadership to ensure organizational efficiency and goal attainment. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to streamline workflows and enhance productivity across all departments. Monitor performance metrics, analyze data trends, and generate comprehensive reports to assess progress and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with senior management to align initiatives with long-term business objectives and drive sustainable growth. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement through effective communication and professional development opportunities. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, ethical standards, and internal policies while maintaining a safe and inclusive work environment.
Overseeing the preparation for designated audit sections, ensuring thorough examination and adherence to established protocols throughout the process.
Conducts a comprehensive and meticulously structured audit plan with precision and thoroughness.
Drafting audit working papers and compiling audit reports.
Minimum Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, coupled with at least three years of hands-on experience in software development. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is essential, along with a strong understanding of algorithms and data structures. Familiarity with version control systems like Git and experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies are also required. Additionally, candidates should possess excellent problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities, and a commitment to continuous learning in a dynamic technological landscape.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) or Commerce (B.Com) with a specialization in Accounting or Finance— or an equivalent qualification— is required, along with successful completion of the second level of the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) examination.
Performs tasks at the Intermediate Level as outlined in Section 4, demonstrating proficiency in key responsibilities and meeting established requirements.
A minimum of two years of practical experience in audit-related roles is required.
