Splash maintains a global presence through time zone–adaptive operations and adaptable work arrangements. While team members may establish regular hours aligned with their local time zone, they must remain accessible for occasional after-hours responsibilities. Our benefits package encompasses 18 days of paid vacation, which incrementally rises by two days annually until reaching a maximum of 28 days, along with 11 paid holidays and Wellness Fridays, which feature reduced working hours.
