Oversee and execute a diverse range of duties essential to the role, including strategic planning, operational management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive organizational objectives. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency, compliance, and performance across departments. Lead project initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals, budget constraints, and timelines. Analyze data, identify trends, and present actionable insights to senior leadership to inform decision-making processes. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement through mentorship, feedback, and professional development initiatives. Serve as a liaison between executive teams and operational staff to facilitate seamless communication and alignment of priorities. Ensure adherence to industry regulations, safety standards, and ethical guidelines while maintaining a commitment to sustainability and corporate responsibility.

Support data collection initiatives for monitoring and evaluation (M&E) across all thematic programs, projects, and operational departments.

Maintain the precision and reliability of data to facilitate robust monitoring and evaluation of the institution’s strategic objectives.

Assist with evaluating data to monitor the effectiveness of programs, projects, and operational departments.

Provide support in enhancing the Reporting Matrix to accurately capture and display the status of multiple projects within the ERP system.

Assist in compiling and drafting reports using collected data to monitor the progress and performance of programs, projects, and functional departments in alignment with the institution’s strategic objectives.

Ensure that the outcomes and impacts derived from quantitative and qualitative data across programs, projects, and functions are communicated with clarity and coherence.

Execute additional responsibilities as directed from time to time.

Seeking candidates with a robust background in relevant technical or professional competencies, including proficiency in industry-standard tools and methodologies. Applicants must possess a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in a related field, along with a degree or certification in a pertinent discipline. Strong analytical abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively are essential. Familiarity with project management principles and effective communication skills are required to ensure successful execution of duties. A commitment to continuous learning and adaptability to evolving industry trends is highly valued.

A Master’s degree in fields such as Monitoring & Evaluation, Development Studies, Statistics, Economics, or a related discipline is required.

Highly developed analytical capabilities coupled with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data analysis tools, and report generation are essential.

Proficient in conveying ideas clearly and effectively through both spoken and written means.

Demonstrated capability to work autonomously while efficiently handling a diverse range of responsibilities simultaneously.

Proficiency in utilizing ERP systems for monitoring and evaluation data management is considered an asset.
