The incumbent will serve as the Local Finance Focal Point, responsible for validating invoices, ensuring accuracy in calculations, and facilitating submissions to the Global Shared Services Centre (GSSC).
Maintain precise financial records by overseeing and verifying daily expenditures, balances, and payment transactions.
Data professionals are responsible for sourcing, validating, and inputting information from various origins while maintaining thoroughness and precision.
Prepare recurring and special reports, including scheduled and ad-hoc submissions, to meet audit, budgetary, and other organizational requirements.
We facilitate the completion of year-end accounts by aiding in the closure of accounts and contributing to the preparation of financial statements at year-end.
The position involves offering expert counsel to both staff members and consultants regarding allowances, reimbursements, and various financial concerns.
Initiate correspondence to validate information and address inconsistencies effectively.
As a Bank Liaison, your responsibilities will include cultivating and sustaining relationships with local banking institutions, tracking exchange rate fluctuations, and ensuring accurate financial reconciliations.

A minimum of six years of professional experience in finance and accounting is required for this role.
