The incumbent is responsible for maintaining consistent progress toward the SACCO’s financial and operational targets while submitting internal auditor reports and recommendations on a quarterly basis.

Person Profile
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting—or an equivalent cooperative education program—is required for this role.
A degree in Management or another closely related field is required.
A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Kenya and an esteemed member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (IC PAK).
At least seven years of relevant professional experience, including five years in a dedicated capacity, is required for this role.
A seasoned professional with extensive leadership experience in the financial sector, holding a senior management position within a reputable financial institution.
In strict adherence to Chapter Six (6) of the Kenyan Constitution, all duties and obligations must be executed in full compliance with its provisions.
A master’s degree in finance or accounting would be considered beneficial.
We seek candidates with a minimum of two years of hands-on experience within a Savings and Credit Cooperative Society environment.
Professional experience in a managerial role would be beneficial.
