Responsibilities:

Provide assistance in the execution and implementation of monthly marketing initiatives spanning both digital and traditional channels, ensuring strict adherence to our established brand standards.

Craft engaging content for various digital platforms, including social media channels, email campaigns, and the company website.

Collaborate with the team to transform innovative concepts into tangible deliverables, guiding each project from initial ideation through final execution.

Analyze market trends, assess competitor actions, and evaluate audience preferences to enhance the effectiveness of our campaigns.

Provide support in organizing photo and video shoots for brand and product campaigns, including on-site assistance on shoot days.

Examine social media and digital performance metrics to derive actionable insights that enhance our strategic decision-making and overall effectiveness.

Collaborate closely with the sales team to synchronize marketing and commercial strategies, ensuring cohesive efforts across both departments.

Assist in the management and upkeep of content calendars, marketing databases, and campaign trackers to ensure accuracy and efficiency in tracking marketing initiatives.

Monitor industry developments and innovative concepts, then relay these insights to the team for collaborative assessment and integration.

Candidates for this position must possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with a minimum of three years of professional experience in a comparable role. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, as is the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset are also required to thrive in this dynamic environment. Additionally, familiarity with project management methodologies and a track record of meeting deadlines are highly preferred.

A bachelor’s degree in any field is required, with emphasis placed on your mindset and inquisitiveness rather than your academic specialization.

Demonstrates a sincere passion for brand development, marketing strategies, and the mechanisms through which businesses engage with their target audiences.

Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, coupled with a keen attention to detail, are essential for this role.

Accomplished at prioritizing responsibilities and delivering consistent results under dynamic conditions.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with familiarity in Canva, social media tools, and analytics platforms considered advantageous.
