We’re currently seeking a meticulous SAP Procurement Specialist to assist global users of SAP S/4HANA (MM). In this pivotal role, you will ensure the seamless functioning of procurement operations by addressing inquiries, upholding data integrity, and facilitating system workflows, access management, and vendor relations.

Oversee and execute core duties encompassing strategic planning, operational oversight, and team leadership to drive organizational objectives forward. Collaborate with senior management to align initiatives with long-term business goals while ensuring seamless cross-functional coordination. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed. Deliver first-line assistance for inquiries and operational challenges related to SAP procurement processes, including Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Goods Receipts, and Invoice Verification.
Maintain the integrity of approval workflows, hierarchies, and procurement data.
Oversee SAP user access administration, role assignments, and adherence to security compliance standards.
Administer vendor master data with a focus on maintaining accuracy and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
Provide assistance with reporting functions, perform data analysis, and lead continuous improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency.
Deliver comprehensive user training sessions while fostering strong partnerships with stakeholders across the globe.

Experienced professionals with a strong background in SAP S/4HANA Materials Management (MM), particularly in Procurement and Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) processes, are preferred. Certification in SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable.
Seasoned practitioners with substantial, practical expertise in SAP operational and system support are preferred.
Proficiency in workflow management, master data administration, and access control systems is essential.
Proven capability to efficiently handle a substantial volume of inquiries and resolve technical challenges with precision.
Proficient in advanced Excel functionalities, including data tracking, reporting, and analysis, is essential for this role.
Exceptional aptitude for detail orientation and analytical problem resolution is required, ensuring precise execution and effective troubleshooting in all assigned tasks.
Effective interpersonal abilities coupled with a dedication to exceptional service delivery.
Desirable
Proficiency in SAP Financials, Projects, and Grants modules is required. Knowledge of SAP’s financial accounting, project systems, and grant management functionalities is essential.

Proficient knowledge of additional languages, including but not limited to French and Spanish, is required.
