We are seeking a highly motivated professional who meets the following qualifications and requirements. Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with a minimum of three years of experience in a similar role. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, as is the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with project management tools are required. Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance standards is also necessary. Additionally, the ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional problem-solving abilities and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

A bachelor’s degree in Monitoring and Evaluation, Statistics, or a related field is required.

A minimum of five years of professional experience in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) is required, including at least three years in a senior or leadership position within the field.

Experienced in implementing and supporting non-profit or NGO initiatives within field-based environments, ideally in Kenya.

Accomplished expertise in overseeing monitoring and evaluation initiatives, demonstrated through the development and optimization of data collection instruments and measurement frameworks.

Skilled in assisting program teams in leveraging data for continuous learning, informed decision-making, program enhancement, and donor reporting is required.

Proficiency in data analysis tools, including SPSS, STATE, Excel, Power BI, or equivalent software, is essential.

Proficiency in utilizing mobile data collection platforms, including but not limited to KoboToolbox, OK, Comm Care, or comparable systems, is required.

Exceptional qualitative abilities are essential, encompassing expertise in conducting interviews, crafting compelling narratives, and discerning the underlying context beyond numerical data.

Accomplished in crafting detailed reports and articulating ideas with clarity, demonstrating exceptional proficiency in both written and verbal communication.
