A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred, though equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered. A bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is required.
A professional certification such as CPA, CIA, CISA, or an equivalent credential is highly preferred and provides a significant advantage.
Requires three to five years of professional experience in risk management, compliance, regulatory adherence, internal audit functions, internal control systems, or equivalent governance-related responsibilities.
Professional experience in retail, hospitality, food and beverage, manufacturing, or multi-site operations is strongly preferred.
Technical Knowledge: Possesses a solid understanding of risk assessment methodologies, compliance monitoring, control testing, and report writing. Demonstrates familiarity with anti-fraud regulations, data protection laws, labor legislation, health and safety standards, and financial control frameworks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, spreadsheets, reporting tools, and fundamental data analysis is required, along with a strong command of computer literacy.
