Additionally, familiarity with regulatory compliance standards and prior experience in project management or leadership roles are highly advantageous. A bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience is required.
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required.
With a minimum of three years of hands-on experience within a Microfinance Institution, candidates are expected to bring a proven track record to this role.
Demonstrates extensive expertise in credit administration, loan documentation, and disbursement support processes.
Accomplishes thorough portfolio analysis, effectively pinpointing potential risks with precision and insight. Demonstrates expertise in evaluating investment portfolios and identifying key risk factors that may impact performance. Requires keen analytical abilities and a methodical approach to assess financial exposures and vulnerabilities.
Demonstrates exceptional proficiency in crafting comprehensive reports tailored for executive-level review.
