Submit your curriculum vitae along with a concise written response, not exceeding 500 words, addressing the following scenario: “A client in the Middle East has requested a mixed-use commercial tower to be structurally completed within 18 months following the mobilization phase. The mechanical, electrical, and plumbing subcontractor has advised a four-week delay in rough-in activities on levels 12 to 18, attributed to delayed shop drawing approvals. Meanwhile, the façade contractor is executing its program on a floor-by-floor basis, commencing from Level 10 upward.
