Submit your resume and a concise response (no more than 500 words) addressing the following scenario: “A client in the Middle East has requested completion of a mixed-use commercial tower within 18 months following project mobilization. The MEP subcontractor has notified a four-week delay in rough-in works for floors 12 through 18, attributed to delayed shop drawing approvals. Meanwhile, the façade contractor’s schedule progresses sequentially from Level 10 upward. Identify three critical-path risks stemming from this delay and outline one mitigation strategy for each, ensuring all assumptions are explicitly stated.”
