Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. Minimum of three years of experience in software development, with proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment are essential. Familiarity with agile methodologies and version control systems is preferred. Excellent communication skills and a passion for continuous learning are also necessary.
A bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is required for this position.
Professional qualifications such as CPA, CIA, CISA, or their equivalents are highly advantageous.
Requires a minimum of three to five years of relevant experience, particularly in risk management, compliance, regulatory oversight, internal auditing, or internal control frameworks within a governance-focused position.
Professionals with a background in retail, hospitality, food and beverage, manufacturing, or multi-site operations are strongly preferred for this role.
Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated understanding of risk assessment methodologies, compliance monitoring, control testing, and report preparation. Solid familiarity with anti-fraud regulations, data protection principles, labor law, occupational health and safety standards, and financial control frameworks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other spreadsheet applications, along with reporting tools and fundamental data analysis, is required, demonstrating strong computer literacy.
