Seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, supplemented by at least two years of hands-on experience in a comparable role. Proficiency in industry-specific software and tools is essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent communication skills are required to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results are critical. The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment is a must. Candidates must possess hands-on experience applying algorithmic thinking, parametric modeling, or generative design techniques to solve complex problems.
