Requirements
The successful applicant must possess a Bachelor’s Degree, or its equivalent, with at least an Upper Second Class Honors classification.
A minimum grade of B+ in the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (GCSE) or its equivalent qualification is required.
Active pursuit of recognized professional finance or investment qualifications, such as FIFA, CFA, CPA, or CAIA, is essential, whether through formal enrollment as a registered student or demonstrated progress toward completion.
Strong proficiency in analytical reasoning and quantitative analysis is essential. Candidates must demonstrate exceptional skill in interpreting complex data sets and applying mathematical concepts to derive actionable insights.
Demonstrates exceptional capability to manage numerous tasks concurrently while maintaining high standards of precision, meticulous organization, and thorough follow-through.
