In its pursuit of enhancing healthcare delivery and strengthening the expertise of health professionals, NCMTC is seeking two Senior Clinical Officers to spearhead the creation, accreditation, execution, and ongoing enhancement of Higher Diploma programs in Clinical Medicine and Surgery within designated specialty fields. These roles will involve providing academic, clinical, and professional guidance to students, faculty, and key institutional stakeholders. Initially, the focus will be on Reproductive Health at the Machos Campus and Ophthalmology at the K Campus, though the selected candidates will also be tasked with initiating and overseeing the development of additional post-basic courses across NCMTC’s campuses. The position is jointly funded by Comundo, a Swiss NGO.
Spearhead the creation, accreditation, and rollout of Higher Diploma programs within the designated specialty area.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with advanced skills in Excel. Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining strong organizational and time management skills. Experience with data analysis, report preparation, and creating presentations. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field required. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in CRM software and ERP systems is highly desirable. Capable of handling multiple priorities and working under deadlines with minimal supervision. Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems and propose practical solutions.

Added Advantage:
A Master’s degree in Clinical Medicine, Medical Education, Public Health, Health Professions Education, or an equivalent discipline is required.
Proficiency in delivering or organizing e-learning and blended learning initiatives is essential. Additionally, familiarity with NCMTC teaching and learning methodologies is required.
