Oversee and execute a range of critical duties, including but not limited to managing departmental operations, coordinating team activities, and ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall performance while fostering a collaborative work environment. Monitor progress, analyze key performance indicators, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership to support data-driven decision-making. Facilitate clear and consistent communication among leadership, line managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration.
Education in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline is essential, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred. Candidates must possess at least three years of progressive experience in financial management, budgeting, or accounting. Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills are required, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and organizational skills are also necessary to collaborate effectively with stakeholders. The ability to interpret financial data and generate reports is critical, as is a commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Knowledge of regulatory compliance and GAAP standards is highly valued.
A Master’s degree in Life Sciences, a Postgraduate qualification in Science, or a Bachelor of Pharmacy (or equivalent) is strongly preferred.
Possesses a comprehensive grasp of the drug development lifecycle as well as the intricacies of clinical research methodologies.
Fluency in both spoken and written English is essential.
Demonstrates advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
