Assist with payment preparation by validating invoices and accompanying documentation to ensure all expenses are accurately recorded and processed.

Maintains meticulously organized and precise financial records in both digital and physical formats, ensuring effortless retrieval and accessibility at all times.

Provide assistance with daily, weekly, and monthly treasury operations, such as monitoring routine financial transactions.

Provide accounts receivable support by overseeing billing processes and coordinating with appropriate teams to facilitate prompt collections.

Maintain precise and current financial records within accounting systems by overseeing financial transactions.

Assist in monitoring cash movements associated with program funding and perform preliminary reconciliations as directed, ensuring accurate financial tracking and accountability.

Provide compliance support by helping to maintain accurate documentation and ensure the prompt submission of statutory deductions—such as PAYE, NSSF, and VAT—under the direction of senior staff.

Requirements

Professional qualification progress, such as CPA, ARCA, or equivalent credentials, is advantageous for candidates.

Proven ability to utilize Microsoft Office applications effectively; prior experience with accounting systems is advantageous.
