JOB PURPOSE
This role involves supporting the strategic planning and daily operations to ensure the Business Development Function (encompassing General Business and Medical sectors) for broker and tender operations operates effectively and efficiently. Additionally, the position is tasked with expanding assigned existing broker accounts and ensuring the quality management of tender documents.

Seeking a candidate with a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least three years of professional experience in a comparable role. The ideal applicant should demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting. Prior experience in project management or leadership is highly desirable.
A bachelor’s degree in commerce, public relations, or a related field within the social sciences is required for this position.
Fellow or Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Insurance (ACID) or the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance (AII), or alternatively, Chartered Marketer qualification.
A minimum of four years of managerial experience is required for this role.
Knowledge
