Create comprehensive architectural drawings, detailed technical documentation, and complete construction sets encompassing plans, sections, and specifications.
Create 3D visualizations, spatial layouts, and presentation materials—including mood boards—to effectively convey design concepts.
Verify that all designs remain within approved financial constraints, adhere to established project schedules, and meet client requirements.
Perform routine site inspections to ensure construction activities align with the approved design documentation.
Evaluate and authorize shop drawings, material samples, mockups, and all technical documentation before implementation.

Ensure complete adherence to all building regulations, zoning laws, safety standards, and internal quality benchmarks.
