Seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in a comparable role. Responsibilities include analyzing data, developing strategic solutions, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are required to meet project deadlines and maintain high-quality deliverables.

Minimum eligibility standards include a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience, along with at least three years of hands-on experience in a comparable role. Familiarity with project management methodologies and compliance regulations is essential. Additionally, the ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment is required.

A minimum of 10 years of professional experience is required, paired with a Bachelor’s Degree—or a minimum of 8 years of professional experience with an Advanced Degree such as a Master’s, MBA, JD, or MD—or at least 3 years of professional experience with a PhD.

Preferred Qualifications

A minimum of a decade of professional experience coupled with a Bachelor’s Degree, or at least five years of relevant experience supported by an advanced degree such as a Master’s, MBA, JD, or MD, is required.

Proficiency in both written and spoken Portuguese is essential for this position.

A minimum of six years of professional experience within the banking, financial services, payments, mobile network, or fintech industries is required.

Essential expertise in card payment systems is required.

A strong preference exists for candidates holding a relevant tertiary qualification, ideally with a specialization in business administration or marketing—preferably an MBA.

Proven ability to collaborate effectively with high-level international banking professionals, deliver presentations, and maintain strong working relationships across senior leadership teams.

Excellent knowledge of Visa, other payment systems, card products and the activities of different payment systems in the relevant markets.

Commercial-minded professionals who excel in interpersonal communication, demonstrate strong influence in negotiations, and exhibit a high degree of cultural sensitivity within diverse environments.

Proficient in overseeing diverse indirect reporting structures across all organizational levels within Visa and partner institutions.

Skilled in guiding, inspiring, and mobilizing teams to align with organizational and client goals while driving measurable outcomes.
