Job Purpose:

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Branch Manager will oversee key areas including branch business growth, operational efficiency, portfolio quality, member experience, compliance, and overall branch performance.

Oversee and execute critical responsibilities including managing project timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring deliverables meet established quality standards.
