The Senior RPA Developer plays a pivotal technical role, tasked with designing, developing, and sustaining sophisticated Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to streamline business processes and drive operational excellence within the company’s insurance divisions, including Life, Pensions, and Medical. This position harnesses RPA platforms and advanced programming skills to implement scalable, robust, and high-efficiency automation bots. Responsibilities span RPA development, bot performance enhancement, technical troubleshooting, and adherence to corporate governance standards, while championing a culture of innovation, accuracy, and teamwork.

Seeking a candidate with substantial qualifications and hands-on experience directly aligned with the role’s requirements. The ideal applicant must possess a proven track record in the specified field, supported by relevant academic credentials and professional certifications where applicable. Demonstrated expertise through prior positions, specialized training, or project-based achievements is essential. Strong problem-solving abilities, adaptability to evolving industry standards, and a commitment to continuous professional development are highly valued.

A recognized institution must confer a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or an equivalent field.

Professional certifications, including the UiPath RPA Developer Advanced, Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional, or Blue Prism Developer designations, are highly desirable.

Accumulated over five years or more of hands-on experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) development, software engineering, or a closely aligned discipline.

Industry Exposure: Demonstrated expertise in sectors such as insurance, financial services, or technology-driven industries, with preference given to candidates with prior experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiatives.

Experienced in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), with a proven track record in designing and implementing bots capable of handling processes that manage 500,000 or more transactions, or that deliver substantial operational impact.

Demonstrates a proven ability to thrive in collaborative settings, particularly within agile frameworks, with extensive experience in automation initiatives.

Regulatory Awareness: Demonstrates proficiency in maintaining compliance within a regulated, multi-country setting.
