Serves as a project leader while providing mentorship to junior field engineers, guiding their development and ensuring alignment with project objectives.
Delivering hands-on training and oversight to junior field engineers in their daily well site operations and tasks.
Offering expert guidance and strategic recommendations to external clients as well as collaborating with third-party well site professionals when necessary.
Performing all other duties as assigned, in addition to primary responsibilities, to support operational needs and organizational objectives.

To qualify for this position, you will need to demonstrate proficiency in the following areas:
A Bachelor’s degree in a science, technology, engineering, or mathematics discipline is required.
Minimum qualifications include two years of hands-on experience in directional drilling operations within a supervisory capacity.
Preferred experience with differential diagnosis (DDR) is advantageous.
Proficient in drilling operations and their practical applications.
Proficient in selecting the appropriate products and services tailored to both straightforward and intricate applications.
Demonstrates adaptability and effectiveness within a global matrix organizational structure.
Demonstrates exceptional proficiency in both verbal and written communication, along with a strong aptitude for delivering engaging and persuasive presentations.
Demonstrate outstanding proficiency in organization, analysis, and problem-solving.
Capable of travel, which may include visits to rig sites, customer facilities, meetings, training sessions, and other relevant locations.
