A professional at this level will be assigned to a sub-county role, tasked with overseeing and synchronizing operations across one of the designated areas.

Conducting agricultural operations to cultivate and harvest crops, ensuring optimal yield and quality through effective management of planting, irrigation, fertilization, and pest control measures.

Assisting with land development projects, you will collaborate closely with senior team members to support the planning, design, and execution of residential, commercial, and infrastructure developments. Your responsibilities will include conducting site analyses, preparing feasibility studies, and coordinating with architects, engineers, and municipal authorities to ensure compliance with zoning regulations and environmental standards.
